Intern - QA, R&d, Technical (Melaka)

**Job Summary**:

- This position is based in Ansell NP in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

**Responsibilities**:
Quality Assurance
- Provide support in data processing and gathering from existing records system.
- Assist in routine laboratory activity such as material sampling, execute non-critical testing, generating reports and documentation.
- Conduct correlation study through on-site observation and laboratory experiments.
- Participate in establishment of material fingerprint library using various type analytical instrument.
- Contribute in generating problem solving ideas and involve in data-driven analysis.
- Able to deliver task with mínimal supervision in safe and accurate manner.
- Assist in handling of sample items and testing for both Physical and Microbiology lab, data entry and analysis into digital platforms such as SPC, dashboard, excel monitoring, AIMS and support retained sample management and COA filing.

Research and Development
- To prepare lab chemicals and test equipment set up
- To label all samples clearly, and to record all information on the sample, testing procedures, experimental observations and results in a research notebook
- To follow Safety, Health and Environment procedures at all times at work.
- To summarise and tabulate results systematically for analysis and write reports if required
- To protect confidentiality of information related to Ansell work such that no unauthorised person could assess to it
- To maintain high level of housekeeping

Technical
- Industrial Trainee focus on laboratory experimental, data collection and solution daily monitoring and expose to Production works.
- Involving in routine testing job and projects.
- Familiar with Laboratory tools.
- It is good to have knowledge on Minitab or Anoova.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree related to Science (Chemical Engineering / Biomedical / Biotechnology/ Industrial Science/ Material / Polymer Science) and Engineering/Manufacturing.
- Able to perform basic Data Analysis
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
