Medical Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- To answer inquiries from patients on premise
- To remind and confirm appointments with patients
- To give post-treatment follow-up call to patients
- To manage patients contacts records (manual and computer)
- To safe keep and ensure accuracy of patients records
- To safeguard the confidentially of patients records
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/patient care of job scope
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Well versed with Microsoft Office software
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication and telephone skills
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- Good time management.
- Attention to detail and professionalism
