**Job Description**:

- Job Description:

- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Control guests/vendors access to Club House through appropriate registration.
- Assist on booking of on-site facilities (ie: function room, meeting room).
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift.
- Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Reports to Club Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk department.

Job Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum of SPM / STPM or possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written). Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to display a professional office demeanor and business etiquette
- Energetic personality with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, look presentable with positive attitude.
- Willing to work on shift, 6 days a week.
- Possess own transport.

Salary Range:

- Basic Salary: start from RM 1,800.00
- Fixed Allowance: RM 200.00 per month

Other Benefits:

- 14 days Annual Leave

- Outpatient Claim up to RM 1,000.00 per year
