We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
- Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner;
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner;
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus;
- At least 3 years working experience as a receptionist or in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
