Training Administrator

**Job Scope**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaison with Trainers and Potential Clients: Communicate effectively with trainers and potential clients to coordinate training programs and ensure smooth interactions.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize necessary documentation related to training programs and compliance requirements.
- Survey and Hotel Reservations: Conduct surveys for hotel reservations, ensuring suitable accommodations for training participants.
- Training Expense Claims: Prepare and submit claims for training-related expenses in a timely manner.
- Continuous Learning: Show a willingness to learn and demonstrate a passion for the tasks at hand.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and responsive, taking on ad hoc tasks as required to support our dynamic environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
