**Position Overview**:
Responsible for the daily operation in admin and date entry clerk. Ensure all admin task to be completed in daily, reports updates, system entry, Filing, billing, and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible the duties carry out of distribution ST/STD create in system.
- To check daily FUJIARE Installation to be ready issue and follow the process
- To make sure call stock delivery planning again call log status in system.
- To make sure IPT, Forecast, NCSC, HC, NH delivery maintain and update.
- Received, checking all ST/ STD system pending or courier assigned.
- To scan and filing all supplier logistic invoice.
- To monitor stock return from branches and transferring stock.
- To ready and issue MDO or pro forma invoice for declaration K3 use for Labuan.
- Photocopy, and request of stationery related office to control and ordering.
- To liaise with warehouse team of any order pick and pack pending status.
- Document filing and administration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and oral).
- Required skill(s): Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), UBS System, inventory system.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Having 1 or 2 years or above working experience in Administrative field would be an added advantage.
- Good attitude personality, passionate and responsible.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
