**The Role**

As a Sales Support, you will have a pivotal role in supporting CXOs and driving strategic initiatives. Working closely with the founders and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to projects that shape the growth and success of our company. This will involve market research, financial planning, and execution, market entry strategies, and uncovering new opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Developing market entry strategies, contributing to the financial roadmap, conducting market research, and formulating successful entry strategies.
- Engaging in financial projects critical to our business growth, such as fundraising, partnerships, and financial operations. This includes preparing materials, conducting research, and coordinating project activities.
- Collaborating directly with the founders, supporting existing business initiatives, and providing insights to shape the overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Serving as a strategic liaison between different teams and departments, facilitating effective communication, alignment, and coordination.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the founders' office, ensuring streamlined workflow, task prioritization, and prompt decision-making. This includes preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and handling follow-up correspondence.

**Who are we looking for?**
- No degree required
- Diploma certification accepted
- Very organised and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong flair for numbers, projections and statistical analysis with attention to details.
- High level of attention to details, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- At least three-months commitment period from start date
- (Good-to-Have) Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS Industry / Start-up financials and venture funding models. Prior stints in Consulting, VC, and Startups
