**Requirement**
- Required skill(s) : MS Office
- Ensure proper record and transaction at all time.
- Prepare incoming LOA report
- To incharge the documents control of assigned project
- Record, filing and notify the extension of insurance contractor’s all risk workman compensation to contract and account department
- Update, record & filing CIDB levy and performance bond
- Monitor JKKP permit
- Update environmental permit, work permit, permit deposit to contract department
- Binding & filing main claim
- Scanning & filing sub-con payment and project correspondences to QS
- To conduct tender review and get approval from tender committee before inking and tender submission.
- Maintaining and updating project information and records.
- To ensure tender submission is complete:

- Cover Letter

Tender Deposit / Earnest Money
- Inking of Tender without any spelling nor arithmetical errors
- Project Organization Chart
- Schedule of RatesEvaluation, Verification and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
