**Why this role?**

EITA Resources Berhad acquired a 60% stake in TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd (TSC) on 2016. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract & Admin Manager to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As the Contract & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all contractual and administrative aspects of substation and underground cable construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing project documentation, and providing support to the project management team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project efficiency and facilitating successful project completion.

**What will you be doing?**
- Prepare and submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, and cost estimation.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, evaluation of claims, and other related tasks.
- Assist in awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents, and providing recommendations on contractor valuations.
- Manage pre
- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Support operational matters related to contractual issues and other contract administration duties.
- Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment, analysis, and budgeting purposes.
- Manage the project procurement to ensure the local and oversea shipment delivery is on time.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment-related matters, invoices, project costing, monitor monthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reports for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and verify payment certificates and finalize the final account of projects.

**Are you the one?**
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 5 years in the construction field or possess working experience in Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) project.
- Knowledge in contractual matters and administration.
- Must be able to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Words.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
