**Projects you will be working on?**

As our Business Development Associate your objective will be two-fold: Acquire and keep our business customers' satisfaction high, while simultaneously ensuring that the operations run smoothly.

The team is small and committed. The service is in its scaling stage. Hence, with your contribution, you will have the opportunity to shape SBM first-hand.

**What will you be engaged in?**
- Outbound Sales:

- Acquire and manage new business customers for SOCAR Business Mobility (SBM).
- Generate and close leads - whether going on the ground or conducting cold calling, your objective is to acquire more customers for SBM.
- Source, structure, negotiate, execute and implement strategic partnerships to acquire more business customers to maximise revenue.
- Tailor sales presentations and proposals for potential customers (not limited to creating promotional coupons, collaborating on promotion ads on digital channels, producing educational materials and more).
- Document developed best-practises in playbooks and SOPs.
- Customer Relationships & Day-to-day operations:

- Resolve customers' issues in a timely and effective manner
- Foster host relationships and grow the business by conducting needs analyses to uncover more collaboration opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations according to the standard operating procedures to allow operations to run smoothly.
- Coordinate between drivers/dashers and other teams to identify and troubleshoot daily operational issues swiftly and effectively.
Document developed best-practises in playbooks and SOPs.

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably Business/Sales).
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent (preferably Automotive/Sales).
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient account management, acquisition, retention and development skills.
- Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products and services.
- Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team.
- Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.
