Oversee all operational, quality and guest related aspects of the running
- Supervise and organize all resort staff including training, scheduling, motivating, and disciplining employees
- Oversee product stocking, accounting, and marketing efforts at the resort
- Coordinating with architects and designers to create a design concept for new construction projects or renovations
- Monitor payroll, customer billing, and expense accounts
- Oversee and approve marketing and sales campaigns
- Maintaining inventory levels of supplies and materials used in the resort’s operations such as linens, cleaning products, and food items
- Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors such as maintenance companies, food suppliers, and travel agencies that provide services to guests
- Handling complaints from guests or other employees in a timely manner
- Reviewing financial reports to determine if costs are within budget and profit margins are adequate
- Ensuring that the resort is in compliance with local laws, state regulations, and federal requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Willing to work in Pulau Tioman
- Minimum at least Diploma in Hotel and Tourism or any course related
- Have working experience in Pulau can be added as advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
