**Job Requirements**:
1) Degree in any relevant discipline; preferably in business or management

2) Minimum 4-6 years of related field working experience

3) Willing to travel to outstation when it requires

1) Oversee daily settlement processes to ensure timely settlements

2) Perform routine checks and close monitoring of the key controls on daily processes and reconciliation of stock holdings, trades, and cash movement for reliability and detection of any errors.

3) Review and monitor all corporate actions like dividends issued, shares consolidation and expired warrants for foreign trade are closely tracked and processed in due time.

4) Review and ensure all adjustment entries are keyed into the system in a timely and accurate manner.

5) Resolve errors and omissions from routine processes and ensure appropriate action is taken to prevent recurrence.

6) Liaise with the Finance department to buy bank drafts for IPO subscription and remittance funds for foreign settlements.

7) Oversee account management, familiar with CDS procedures.

8) Act as the single point of contact for dealers/remisiers for any queries related to client's settlement activity and ensure timely response and follow-up in all cases.

9) Assist Department Head with continuous improvement and enhancement of department systems and update departmental procedures and process flow to ensure operational effectiveness.

10) Strict observance of procedural and regulatory/compliance/operations risk controls.

11) Provide lead or functional supervision to junior colleagues, including training new personnel.

12) Participate in system enhancement and new product launch UAT test when required.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
