HR Executive

1. Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process.
2. Understand the recruitment needs and work closely with the HR & Admin Manager to understand
the recruitment and selection requirements to meet the hiring needs on a timely basis.
3. To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job
portal/newspapers/flyers/colleges/ career fair, etc.

5. Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

7. Follow up and finalize employment arrangements.
8. Manage the onboarding process for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly
and accurately.
9. Responsible for daily HR administration, which includes coordinating recruitment and resignation
procedures, employee welfare, and industrial relations.
10. Coordinate and implement campus recruiting activities, career fairs, etc.
11. Coordinate onboarding, orientation/ induction, and off-boarding programs.
12. Maintain accurate employee records, including employee data, attendance, overtime, benefits,
annual leaves, and time off records.
13. Assist with employer branding initiatives and promote our company culture and values.
14. Undertake other special assignments, and ad-hoc jobs/projects as and when required by the
management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
