Job Description:
- Software support for operation area and offices
- Hardware/Equipment support for operation area and offices
- Support in IT related assets maintenance and audit
- Support for networking, server and database maintenance
- Handle occasional incidents as reported by user
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in IT system support role is preferred
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
- Possess initiative and service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: From RM1,900.00 per month
