Monday to Sunday, 2 off days (not fixed)
- Rotational Shift - First shift: 7.00am - 4.30pm / Second shift: 2.00pm - 10.30pm

- Salary**:RM2,200**:

- Allowance**:RM1,160 - RM1,720**

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM (fresh graduate can apply)
- Required Language(s): Main (Mandarin) | Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Training will be provided
- To attend/answer inbound calls from customers
- To identify customer’s **technical issue**:

- Assist customers to solve their problems by providing the proper solution/troubleshooting

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
