Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a report to company system
- Process customer orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve customer service by identifying issuse for improvement and providing feedback
**Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
