Client Services Executive

**About The Role**:
REISE is looking for a Client Services Executive with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing partners and identify new growth opportunities.
This might be the perfect role for you if you're a stellar communicator who can organize and manage simultaneous projects and conversations. As a CSE, you'll help with new client onboarding, delivery of content, and renewing our clients, all from the comfort of your home.
If you have a background in content marketing, digital marketing agency, account management, or relationship management, you'll have a big advantage in understanding our partners.
The CSE will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our footprint with existing customers. They will focus on keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, managing day-to-day client-related tasks while identifying growth areas, and recommending different product options to our existing partners.

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct strategic partnership workshops and presentations.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Support in helping to capture client information.
- Participate in marketing campaigns in brainstormings, strategy creation and business development.
- Help with new client onboarding, delivery of tasks and content.
- Play an advisory role to partner and client requests and troubleshoot challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients from a strategic level and future-forward mindset.
- Engaging with the Client to understand the general strategy regarding operational requirements, budget constraints and future operational needs.
- Document all internal and external communications and organize the documentation on the project management software.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience, with 1 year in project management.
- 2 years client services/account management experience preferably in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing digital data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong strategic planning skills aligned with client objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building positive client relationships.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
- Previous involvement in marketing campaigns, contributing to strategy development.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at documenting communications within project management software.
- Professional attitude with flexibility and a desire to assist others.
- Basic knowledge of project management, client relationship management, and strategic thinking.
