Responsibilities:

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations
- Handle routine and advanced duties
- Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support
- May serve as an initial point of contact
- Might engage in event planning and meeting setup and implementation
- To deal with customers from a wide variety of levels, from clients to management and even corporate CEOs
- Must be good in computer literacy (software like Canva, Microsoft Office)
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Director's office
- Manages / Coordinates Director's Time Management, ie meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, etc
- Scrutinize, prioritize and action on internal and external communications of the Director's office and identify action items.
- Follows through on deliverables and action items with respective head of divisions.
- Budget monitoring for Directors' Office.
- Liaison with external parties, government/ private sector.
- Added advantage on social media management
- Added advantage on income tax submission.
- Added advantage for Mandarin speaker

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma with 1-2 years of work experience, in any field OR Degree holder in any field

2) Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to interact with people at all level

3) Fast learner and willing to learn new things

4) Honest and with integrity

5) Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated

6) Discipline and have high commitment

Note: Immediate intake (as early as 1st July 2024 or earlier)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
