Act as a QA/QC Lead include but not limited to managing the quality control/ quality assurance issue/ matter in the Construction Department.
- The Work mentioned herein is specifically refer to the work in relation to the quality control/quality assurance of each/any project in the Construction Department.
- The primary responsibility is to plan a particular quality control/quality assurance job and overseeing its progress along the way.
- Look over a proposed project to determine how and when the work will be performed, including preparation work that must be completed before the project starts, during the project execution and after the completion of the project.
- Develop a deliverables schedule to provide a road map that the quality control/quality assurance team must stick to in order to finish the job in a timely and cost-effective manner. And the QA/QC Lead must review the project in depth in order to be prepared to handle tasks that come up along the way
- Coordinating and directing the efforts of quality control/quality assurance workers.
- Make sure that all of the work is done properly, on time and within the projected cost.
- Set a specific schedule with a number of deadlines for the various projects that must be completed.
- Review the work on a daily basis to ensure that it's timely progressing make changes to get the job back on track if there's a slowdown - whether because of weather, an accident or simply a task that takes longer than expected
- Keep both of the Company and the Client parties informed as to the ongoing process and any hiccups that come along across the way. This is typically done by preparing a variety of internal and external reports pertaining to quality control/quality assurance status, equipment, policies and procedures.
- Resolving a variety of disputes. Whether it's between quality control/quality assurance construction workers or with subcontractors or the client. This requires clear preventive measures and effective mechanisms for resolving conflicts that inevitably arise
- Seek to resolve disputes with clients, which can spring up over schedule targets, performance guarantees or deviations from the original contract terms, must be handled carefully to ensure a smooth working relationship throughout the life of the project. In addressing these conflicts, a QA/QC Lead should seek to resolve them quickly and informally -getting the proper technical input if necessary - and keep the job moving
- Familiar with the requirements of the scope of work in order to ensure that they're met.
- Analyse risks going into the project so that both the Company and the client are aware of them and can reach a mutual agreement on how the risk will be reduced.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM2,526.56 - RM6,000.00 per month
