Location: Taman Puchong Utama

About Us:
We are a tuition centre providing small class focus, individual attention to students, ensuring progress and academic excellence. We have been actively serving the students from around the area for more than 5 years.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all teaching material is ready for the students and teachers on time.
- Manage scheduling of class timings and yearly calendar.
- Manage the centre's social media accounts.
- Making sure the general cleanliness and order of the premise is maintained
- Maintaining an inventory of all stationary and making orders.
- Manage any walk-in inquiries

Qualifications:

- No specific academic qualification is necessary
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Must have basic social media skills.
- Marketing knowledge or skills are an added bonus.
- Open and close the centre if needed.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with fixed hours. The position requires the person to be in the centre from 5.30-10.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
