**Administrative Assistant**

We are looking for a competent **Administrative Assistant** to assist in our expansion.

Your goal is to perform day to day coordination processes to ensure smooth operation within office environment and manage communication with internal and external parties and observed deadline for all tasks.

**Job description**
- Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including repair & maintenance, cleanliness, travel & meal arrangement, clerical duties and etc.
- Research and collect information.
- Record and maintain uniforms, catalogues and other POSM requirement.
- Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
- Maintain meeting minutes
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
- Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal
- Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
- Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
- Assist oversea sales team on various administrative tasks locally.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and staff members.
- Excellent in organisation & coordination skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Independent and responsible team player
- Certificate/Diploma holder, fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Neat & well-oganised.
