The pitch
CF Trucks is urgently looking to hire an administrative assistant If you’re dedicated to running smooth operations and organised filing systems, this role could be a great fit for you
The job
Maintain efficient filing systems for physical and electronic documents
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Liaise with clients and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
Consistently review the administrative and collaborative processes and your own work for areas of improvement and implement solutions
The details
Pay: RM2000 (increase based on performance after confirmation) with EPF, SOSCO & EIS
Location: Jalan Puchong, near the junction of Persiaran Kinrara (or just Google/Waze Cheong Foo Motor Credit)
Time: Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Saturday 09.30am to 1.30pm
The qualifications
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
Great organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
