Business Administration Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage sales document: quotation, purchase order, sales order, delivery order, invoice, credit note etc.
- Liaise with customers on enquiries, orders, delivery, returns, billing and payment
- Work closely with logistic team to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing
- Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Able to speak/write in Bahasa Malaysia/English
- Proficient computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
- Able to work as a team or independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
**Working Hours**: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm
