**Job Description**:
Be a strong contributor to the IKEA Call Centre HR Team. To support and contribute to HR Administration, the fundamental work of people process. HR Admin role exists to provide relevant inputs about people intelligence, to secure HR Administration process and routines are legal compliance.You are also responsible for identifying talents who share IKEA values and competence for the roles. You manage all aspects of the recruitment process and provide high-quality and professional recruitment services to the stakeholders.
**Your assignment**
- You will support HR Team in the day to day HR operations which include employee engagement activities, benefits administration (e.g. insurance, dental, gifts, celebration), claims management, leave administration, exit clearance process, preparation of various reports and different letters, personnel file administration and other HRM related matters.
- You will support end-to-end recruitment process e.g. advertising, screening, tracking and scheduling of interviews, reference check and issuing of contract. etc.
- You will support onboarding process including health screening administration, covid screening, issuance of welcome package, access cards etc.
- You will assist to assist in preparation of various HR Report, various HR surveys, compilation of statistics, etc. from time to time when requested by department and/or authorities.
- You will support HR Team in ensuring compliance with national legislation, regulations and company HR policies and procedures.
- You will administrate and maintain HRIS systems (e.g. Kronos) and ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee information.
- You will promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all HR operational matters and people agenda.
- You will contribute actively in various meeting and any other duties which may be assigned from time and time.
**Qualifications**:
- You have at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience or similar HR role
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic & sense of commitment.
- A team player, you enjoy sharing of knowledge and building good working relationships at all levels.
- Leading by example, you have a passion for the home furnishing business and will be able to show commitment to develop the IKEA business by being a change agent and focusing on developing the people.
