We are looking for a temporary Secretary based in Petaling Jaya
Industry: Properties
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, or any required documents
- Liaise with all parties, schedule appointments, and receive visitors for Chief Operating Officer
- Typing, filling, sorting and maintaining confidential records
- The office gatekeeper, answer calls, take a message or refer calls to appropriate departments
- Arrange meetings and coordinate meeting room schedules
- Provide support to all departments on related matters
- To carry out duties assigned by Chief Operating Officer
- Contact external parties as deemed necessary and required by the office
**Requirement**:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Organized and attention to details
- Proficient with MS Applications and Outlook
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
