Support Services
- Monitor Perso vendor and Courier Service operation deliverables as per SLA requirements
- To coordinate the delivery process of card to customers / branches
- Engage with Business Unit to ensure Perso vendors / Courier Service TAT is met
- Monitor Blank Card & Stationery Stock are sufficient and prepare Blank Card & Stationery Stock at Perso Vendor
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report, i.e Daily Card Emboss, redirection, destruction, SLA, Courier Dashboard at Perso Vendor/ iCIMB / CIMB
- Verify vendor’s invoices
- Process the Incoming Tracer (I.T) for redirection / destruction in BPM system
- Process the return card received from courier service
- Ensure Control Effectiveness Testing (CET) supporting document submitted to the tester monthly
- To maintain records of daily balancing and perform count of physical card
- Attend complaint from CIMB Branches, CRU Team, Card Service Center, etc (if any)
- Attend and execute any other responsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time.
