**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Keyword Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords.
- Analyze keyword trends and competitive landscapes to make informed recommendations.

On-Page SEO Optimization:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements for improved search engine visibility.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content development.

Technical SEO:

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations, including site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.

Link Building:

- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the website's authority and credibility.
- Identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.

Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with SEO goals.
- Create and optimize landing pages for SEO and SEM campaigns.

SEO Reporting and Analysis:

- Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

SEM Campaign Management:

- Plan, implement, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, Ubersuggest.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
