**薪資處理:**
- 管理工資流程,包括計算工資、扣除額和稅金。
- 準確、按時準備和處理工資支付。
- 確保遵守工資法規和稅法。

**財務報告與分析:**
- 協助準備財務報告、預算和預測。
- 根據財務分析向管理層提供見解和建議。

**合規和審計支援:**
- 透過提供相關的財務文件和支援時間表來協助內部和外部審計。
- 確保遵守監管要求和財務報告標準。

**要求:**
- 會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位或文憑。
- 擁有豐富擔任會計主管、會計師或類似職位的工作經驗。
- 對會計原則和實務有深入的了解。
- 熟練會計軟體和 MS Office 應用程序,特別是 Excel。
- 高度重視財務記錄保存的細節和準確性。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理能力。
- 能夠在團隊環境中獨立和協作工作。
- 較強的溝通和人際交往能力。
