**Customized Solutions**:Assess the specific security and automation needs of each potential customer and tailor the product offering to meet those needs.

**Contract Negotiations**:Lead negotiations with potential customers to close sales and establish contracts for the installation and service of the security systems.

**Documentation**:Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales, contracts, and customer information.

**Product Demonstrations**:Conduct live demonstrations of the security and automation systems, showing how they work and the benefits they provide.

**Technical Knowledge**:Acquire a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the security systems to address customer questions and concerns.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up with customers after installation to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.

**Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, which may include monthly or quarterly sales goals.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. This information can be used to adjust sales strategies and identify opportunities.

**Ethical Sales Practices**:Conduct sales ethically and transparently, ensuring that customers fully understand the terms of the contract and the products or services they are purchasing.

**Training and Development**:Participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by the company to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

**Self-Motivation**:Door-to-door sales can be challenging, and it often requires self-motivation and perseverance. The ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm is essential.

**Time Management**:Effectively manage time and routes to maximize the number of potential customers visited in a day.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports to the company on sales performance.

**Salary**: RM4,200.03 - RM12,907.70 per month
