Assistant Sales Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- To cover KL, Perak, Penang, East Coast
- Supervise & lead Sales Representative team, manage their performance and discipline.
- Train and coach Sales Representative to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor closely and follow up on sales and distribution trend of Sales Representative and key customers.
- Implement marketing activity and follow up on progress with Sales Representative team.
- Do regular market visit, provincial visit to keep track of customer needs, to get market information and competitor activities feedback.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers for sales and distribution opportunity.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in related field.
- Preferably 2 years and above specializing in Pharmaceutical or equivalent.
- Good relationship with customers and communication skills.
- Results oriented, self-motivated, independent, team spirit and leadership skills as well as able to work with minimum supervision.
- Patient, flexible, honest, and hardworking.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- ** Willing to travel.
