We are now looking for a **Brand Manager** who has the same mind set and is ready to rock the world with us
**In this role**,you will develop and execute effective brand-building strategies that balance creativity and sales-driven perspectives. The Assistant Brand Manager will drive sales growth and increase brand awareness through the development and execution of impactful marketing plans and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute brand strategy and communication plans in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand competitors' brands, products, and marketing activities while analyzing the company's brand. Remain vigilant and quick in identifying opportunities and threats.
- Assist in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
- Plan social media activities and generate content to support ongoing marketing initiatives (new products, campaigns) with the aim of raising awareness and increasing traffic.
- Monitor sales performance, work closely with the sales team to understand market dynamics and provide support.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper execution and results.
- Manage budgets and optimize gains while minimizing costs.
- Analyze industry, competition, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales to track progress and make informed decisions.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Experience in **fashion and lifestyle or FMCG products** is desirable.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and a **strong network of media and influencers is a plus**.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A Master’s/MBA degree is considered a plus.
**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
