**Role Description**:
The role of the Customer Service Executive - Chat Support, is to answer customer queries raised by the users in marketplace chat service. The main objective of the role is to ensure that the user’s queries are answered with a good satisfaction level for them to have a pleasant experience using our SaaS.
- Role Responsibilities: *
- Administrating the activation of client’s chat support service
- Manage customer queries via marketplace chat service
- Respond to the customer within set KPIs
- Be knowledgeable and comfortable with the use of technology
- Have a general understanding of eCommerce
**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum to be have a Diploma in any related field
- Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good typing skill
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2.00 - RM2.50 per month
