We are looking for talented Customer Services familiar with Customer Services Executive. Must work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Customer Service Executive often provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’s products and may supervise customer success staff and report to the manager, making them middle-management level officers as Major Task as follows:
Willing to work on weekends which are scheduled by the immediate manager. Off day will change on weekdays.
Eligible to communicate in Mandarin are advantages
Collaborating with the support team and other internal stakeholders to help customers resolve issues they are facing
Participate in implementation or improvement of initiatives associated with customer service
Establish standards for best customer support practices
Ensure that the company’s customer database is properly entered and kept in a way that whenever any information is needed in the future, it can be easily accessed
Ensure customer care service standard of the company is strictly adhered to by every customer service personnel
Respond to inquiries and queries from clients and provide a thorough and speedy resolve
Deliver appropriate and relevant information, and when not in the position to, refers customer(s) to appropriate department
Conduct surveys to discover customer perception of services and make appropriate adjustments
Communicate with customers to identify their requirements as well as obtain feedback on the quality of service
Update customers on new products as well as recent development/changes in trends
Provide periodic reports to management on work activities and progress
Offers advice on the incorporation of technology in current and planned customer support strategies of the organization

**Requirement**:
Degree Holder or Diploma with at least have 3 years experiences
Good communication in English. Advance for Mandarin.
Training, Education, Consultancy and workshops in all related services in all areas of Information Technology, Research and publications on bioinformatics consultants, agents, trainers, provide counseling, advisory services for furtherance of bioinformatic and IT Education.
