**Job Description: Remote Customer Service for Elderly Care**

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team to provide remote support for our elderly care services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families from remote locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance remotely
- Inputting and updating customer information in our database
- Assisting clients and their families with scheduling and appointments
- Providing guidance and emotional support to customers and their families
- Collaborating with our care team to provide exceptional service

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with elderly clients and their families
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From RM400.00 per month
