Remote Customer Relations Officer

A Hong Kong based chain of salons is hiring remote customer service officers for handling customer enquiries and appointments. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills are a MUST along with English communication.
You'll be assisting with the company's marketing and promotion activities on company social media platforms along with other administrative duties:
- To provide customer service advice related to hair care products or treatments in a prompt, courteous, efficient and caring manner.
- Handle queries on social media like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Responsible for scheduling treatment appointments and arranging related store services.
- Follow up with customers closely to ensure timely response and provide details of requested products and services.
- Manage and update the internal database of client records
**Key Requirements**:
- Good teamwork spirit and high resilience
- Good communication and presentation skills, enthusiastic and independent
- Careful and responsible, understand any Chinese input method and type quickly
- **Proficient in Cantonese and understand simple English and Mandarin**
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
