Customer Relation Assistant Manager

Salary : RM 5000
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to provide excellent service.
- In-charge of duty roster and performance, providing feedback, coaching, and motivating the team.
- Be the Brand Ambassador with a strong floor presence, ensuring the team maintain a high standard of grooming and appropriate conduct consistent with our brand image.
- Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Establish regular contact with distributors and maintain healthy relationships.
- Manage in-store company assets.
- Manage and execute in-store activities.
- Work closely with Marketing department for the execution of sales and promotional activities.
- Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic.
- Track and report store performance according to agreed KPIs.
**Job Requirements**
- Min. SPM / Diploma Level.
- Min. 5 years of relevant managerial experience in the retail/beauty industry or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Willing to lead by example in all in-store initiatives and activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven, adaptable and flexible, able to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Available for remote work exclusively on alternate Saturday and Sunday, or on a rotational scheduled basis.
- Able to perform shift duty including weekends
