**Responsibilities**
- Being knowledgeable with our products will enable you to respond to inquiries.
- Responding promptly to client or customer inquiries.
- Determine and evaluate the needs, complaints of the client or customer to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allotted time; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide assistance and hospitality to walk-in customer related to the company product and services.
- Work closely with Sales department for documentation, leads management, after sales support and follow-up.
- Share feedback with internal teams after gathering feedback from customers or prospects.
- Ensure better results by working together with team members.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients or customers through transparent and interactive communication.
- Implement communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification in STPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is preferred.
- Competence in English and Bahasa.
- Strong in verbal and written communicator.
- Creative and commercial awareness.
- Understanding of the principles of strategic planning and best practices in customer relation.
- Excellent in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing time and organizing tasks.
- Capable of customer service skills.
- Surely energetic.
- Have own transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
