- Ensuring cleanliness and timely service are rendered to the guests at all times.
- Anticipating guests needs and preferences.
- To maintain contact with all guests and action to compliments or complaints or special requests.
- To maintain a professional image and enhance the reputation of the Company.
- Maintains high standards of conduct, dress, hygiene appearance and posture.
