To represent Mayflower in a professional manner to service all client enquiries and operational requests and in a timely fashion. CS Executives are responsible to create a good & lasting impression to clients based on their interactions with CS team members.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and develop meaningful relationships with existing and new clients
- Recommend and source for revenue generating opportunities while interacting with clients
- Collaborate well with all suppliers and Mayflower departments to cultivate a win-win partnership
- Meet company goals & sales target

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 year above of customer service experience in related industry
- Experience in Travel Line for customer services are welcome and encourage to apply
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Knowledge with IATA / Travel related system will be advantage
- Working Location: KL, nearby mrt/Lrt public transport

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
