Customer Relations Assistant

1. Plan, execute and manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
2. To carry out pre-inspection to ensure the readiness of the parcel unit 3 days before the VP or handing over to the purchasers.
3. To prepare checklist/defect list and any relevant documentation for VP session and Defect Submission.
4. To assist attend any defect joint inspection with purchasers or contractors.
5. To ensure all the defects rectification to be completed within 30 days as to be in line with the SPA terms.
6. To liaise with contractors or any relevant parties for information and solution to resolve customer complaints.
7. To assist in roadshows, marketing functions, sales events & activities in the sales gallery as and when required by Sales & Marketing Department.
8. Work together with other departments ie; Sales & Marketing Department to carry out marketing activities from time to time.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
