**Job Objectives**

You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts to achieve high business performance. You will collaborate with the internal teams to develop result-oriented solutions that meet clients’ business needs across different digital marketing platforms.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication to better understand their goals, needs, and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, upselling additional services or products to clients.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and proactively, resolving conflicts and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the internal team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are executed effectively, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop digital marketing proposals for new project tenders.
- Guide junior team members in delivering projects with best practices. Oversee for effective team collaboration and smooth processes to achieve high service quality internally and externally.

**Job Qualifications**
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding in digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, new media, IT project management and/or account servicing in Digital Marketing agency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Bilingual preferred (English & Mandarin).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to clients.
- Well-rounded project management skills: able to balance timeline, resources, budget and quality to achieve client satisfaction and team productivity.
- A level-headed muti-tasker who is attentive to details.
- Passionate learner who contributes to building a continual learning and sharing culture,
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Has a positive personality and excels in teamwork.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
