**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- To provide full administrative and coordination services to students on Student Exchange Programme - Academic Exchange/ Internship/ Project Attachment (Inbound and Outbound)
- To coordinate with UTAR administrative departments and faculties on the arrangement of Student Exchange Programme
- To coordinate with partner universities on the arrangement of Student Exchange Programme
- To maintain good relationship with partner universities
- To report to the Director and Head on the progress of each exchange
- To review and recommend necessary follow-up actions for improvement
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
