Kuching, Malaysia ECS FACILITY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Full time

Working Location : Batu 15, padawan Kuching
- Responsible for all personal assistant works, administrative duties, personal and corporate matters.
- Organize and arrange internal or external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and taking minute.
- Assist the CEO to handle, follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate tasks and report.

Requirement
- Preferably with at least 3 year (s) of working experience in related field
- High proficiency of English and Malay language. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess a positive working attitude, able to multi-tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
