Personal Assistant

The Job:
- Manage Director’s daily appointments.
- Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of Director’s contacts.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
- Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Assist/support Director, Retail Manager in arranging meeting or events.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess good organization and time management skills.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in excel pivot, spreadsheet and reporting.
- Pro-active, out-going and with strong initiative in job undertaking.
- Own transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
