Personal Assistant Admin

Job Description:
- Good in problem solving, strong leadership skills, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.
- Coordinate and managing Director/DGM/GM’s schedules, appointments and internal/external meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, appointments and reports. Write and issue accurate minutes meetings and follow up with necessary actions.
- Assist in preparing documents for reviews and slides presentations to board of directors and top management with total secrecy and confidentiality.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Requirements**:
- A graduate at least bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Public Relations or any other related field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command in both oral and written in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Independent, mature, resourceful, able to work under tight schedule and fast pace environment
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
