Job Scope

1. Monitoring attendance and leave of employees.

2. Employee personal file management.

3. Payroll management.

4. Handling internal and external correspondence.

5. Able to resolve internal and external administrative issues.

6. Handling administrative request and working with supplier for products order.

7. Able to multitask and perform ad hoc duties as assign by the Management.

8. Any ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

2. At least 2 yrs in Admin/HR experience.

3. Fluent in English, BM & Mandarin.

4. Able to handle documents confidentially.

5. Able to work independently.

6. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
