Admin & HR Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Continually educate employees on company policies.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Process monthly staff claims and leaves.
- Maintain and well organize of filing.
- To assist in all the administrative tasks.
- To perform ad hoc task as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Any experiences related is an advanced advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
