Finance and Admin Executive/ Accounting and Admin

Our client is leading corporation in Sarawak, Malaysia, with diverse business interests. Its primary sectors include construction materials, construction and road maintenance, property development, and infrastructure concessions
- **Key Responsibilities**_
1) Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager, including handling correspondence and maintaining important documents, records, files, and confidential information.
2) Assist in special projects assigned by the Administration Manager, ensuring completion within specified timelines and objectives.
3) Assist to implement best practices for processing important documents in line with the regulatory standard and the Company’s policies and procedures.
4) Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including drafting and preparing letters, internal memos, and proposal papers.
5) Coordinate with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment with the Company goals and initiatives.
6) Maintain office supply inventory and oversee the maintenance of office equipment and motor vehicles.
7) Professionally handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, directing them appropriately.
8) Excellent teamwork to ensure seamless operations and communication.
9) Assist in planning and organizing events, functions, and meetings as required.
10) Support the Administration Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- **Job Requirements**_
1) Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Supply chain management /HR Management or any relevant certifications.
2) Has at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an Executive support role.
3) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4) Self-motivated with high analytical skills and strong problem-solving/ decision-making skills.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to handle confidential information.
6) Proficiency in office software (spreadsheet) and designing skills.
7) Possess knowledge or experience in basic bookkeeping.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,100.00 per month
