DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for key-in accounting data on a timely basis;
- Liase with suppliers, clients and sub-contractors or any related agencies if required;
- Preparing/issuing payment cheque for all payments to be paid to the relevant parties i.e suppliers, sub-contractors, telephone, water and electricity bill etc - Monitoring and updating record i.e for payment of tendering fees/deposit, sub-contractor claim, suppliers, clients, office bills, project costs and all the expenses involved and paid by company - Any other duties and responsibilities relating to accounting and finance not mentioned above as directed by the Heads of Department or Managing Director. - Perform administrative and office support. - Responsible for clerical matters and any other matter of an administrative nature not mentioned above as directed by the Heads of Department or Managing Director including for the associates company.
