**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum Diploma in relevant field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year of working experience
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and writes reports.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
- Able to write and speak well in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to observe and provide personal assistance to others

**Job Duties**:

- Support Utilities Manager in the daily operations of the administrative department.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedure and following within team.
- Planning schedule for reminders, cut-offs and deadlines.
- To prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports, buyer collection status reports and others.
- To ensure that billing, official receipts, reminders and cut-off notices are executed at scheduled times.
- Communicate customer issues with Utility managers and devise ways to improve customer practices, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Maintain good and proper filing system for documents storage.
- Undertakes ad-hoc projects supporting the team projects and tasks when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
